I guess I am not going to run today :(. I need to take a day
off because of my ankle being swollen. I am not sure about tomorrow, but I will

I am SO sorry about your ankle! That is such a bummer :( Take it easy. It will heal and you will be fine with out running for a few days :) RICE baby RICE ;) (Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation ;)

Good luck with the ankle Barry ... try to keep it up (on a table or a chair) and keep up the ice. Rest well and come back strong!

yeah I agree, goo don you, rest and ice with elevation best thing, a couple of days isnt too bad, when you think if you keep training on it, it would be at least a couple of weeks! keep :)

Thanks, i just took an ice bath to help with the swelling and i soaked my foot in Epson salt and white vinegar and i have been taking 800 MG of ibuprofen. Well the swelling is gone but a little soar, on a scale of 1 - 10 and one being no pain I would say that it is at a 2 at the most. Thanks for all your support, you are all awesome in my book!!
