Morning: Ran on the T-mill today. I was thinking about running more miles, but due to time and mp3 player problems I was not able to run more. I was able to run seven miles at a 7:17 pace with a 0.5 incline. Not much planed for today, but nap and movie. I did find out more information about my son going to Iraq, he leaves in August and he thinks he will be over there about seven months and I think he will be gone longer. But at church today I had them pray for safety, so now I give it to God and let Him take care of the rest. This week I will be running 65 miles with Friday being my long day of running 15 miles. Then next week I will run 75 miles and then start my three week mileage cut back for my race in April. Thanks for reading and have a great day and week!!

Evening: I had a really good run tonight! I decided to try something different and run before bed instead of getting up and running at 3:00 in the morning. I am not sure if that was a good idea or not.Because I ended up twisting my left ankle twice during my run once at 2.18 miles and once at 5.18. But i really had a good run as you can see by my times. So please pray for my ankle, thank you! Thanks for reading and have a great night.

The prayers will help. God always hears and answers our prayers. We can't live without the beautiful peace that He gives to us.

Is is taper time already? You are going to have such a great marathon. It will be so fun to met you :) Are you doing the half? I have it in my mind that you are doing the full.

Thank you, I am running the 1/2 for Salt Lake and Ogden. I am getting really excited for Ogden. Is your family going to watch you finish your in Ogden?

The family will probably not come :( They will be there for the marathon finish in June :) Who knows though, maybe I can talk them into it :)

Sorry to hear about your ankle. A combo of prayer while icing works really well.

Thanks, and Amen!!
