I had a really good morning of running! The only thing I did
different was instead of drinking some water before I went running I drank some
apple juice. I thought about drinking some propel before running, but my wife
told me that apple juice is better for me so I am glad we bought some. Anyway,
thanks for reading and have a great day!

I was up getting ready for my long run today. I was give some bad news yesterday. My son is going to Iraq in a couple of months. I though that being in the Air Force that he would not go, i was wrong way wrong. He told me on the phone that this is the first time they are sending them over. He said that he will being doing a lot of traveling. And i think that is not good. That is when he is in the most danger because of road side bombs. I am scared, very scared! Sorry i needed to talk to someone and i knew you were praying for him, plus my wife does not know yet. That will be a very bad day when she finds out, a very bad day!!!!

Oh Barry I am SO so sorry! Three of my cousins and my neighbor have served in Iraq. It is really really hard. There really aren't words, except please know that there are many many people who pray for your son every day. The service of our young men and women is not dismissed by most Americans. Our hearts and prayers are with them and their very special families.
