Had a good run with Kory this morning. Good conversation and Kory really help to pace me at the end of the run, which help out a tons. I was originally going to run 20 today, but decided not too. So we ran 16.15 at a good pace for me anyway, wich is also a P.R. for me. So here is my times. Thanks for reading and have a great day!
