I was really tired running this morning and it felt like i had nothing in me. But i can say i did it and now i am done running for the day :). My legs were so dead at the end that i could not feel them. Which is ok because this has happened to me before, so this is nothing new. Not much planned for the day, except work and bowling tonight. Anyway thanks for reading and have a great day!

Hi Barry... good run. I'm not going to be able to make the bowling tonight. I've been up late the last two nights and I'm very tired. Also I want to keep off my feet to see if I can run at least by Friday. But that could be very doubtful.

You are really cranking the miles this week so maybe that explains the tired legs. I'm sure your body will adjust and will start reaping the benefits.

Thanks. I hope your meeting go good. When is you next race? I think you told me, but i forgot. Where do you work where you go to a lot of meetings, if you don't mind me asking?

I would like to be at the start of Pocatello course by 4:30 A.M.. I am not sure if Bill is coming or not. How is your foot doing?

Barry, my next big race will be the Indy half marathon. It is the first week of May. It is a really large race (35,000 people) and you get to run a lap around the Indy 500 track. They give special medals to the first 500 finishers which is my goal. I will need to be around 1:26 to 1:28 to do that depending on the weather. As for the job I am in sales for a computer consulting company. We sell primarily to the Federal government so I have to travel to govt. locations. Don't like the travel but fixing computer problems for customers is fun. Have a great day.

My foot is there. :-). I haven't done any running on it since last Friday. But I did do the Arc Trainer today for over an hour and it doesn't seem too sore. How many miles are you planning on running. I don't know if I want to try to run over 10 on it just coming off the injury, or even if its better.

I am thinking about running between 18 - 20 miles. Also, Bill will not be running with me.
