Ran seven miles today, with 3.5 miles at 0.5 and 3.5 miles
at 1.0 incline. I received my new shoes last night (Under Armor) and so far I really
like them. Not much going on today, except my normal work. I forgot to do my
sit-ups last night so I have to remember to do them tonight. Plus I have to
finish the movie I started last night “Miracle at St. Anna.” The movie is two
hours and forty minutes long and I am only forty minutes into it. Anyway have a
great day! Also, I have been doing something really neat at work. What is it
you ask? I have been listening to the Bible on CD and I really have learned a
lot. It started out that I just wanted to listen to revelations and then I decided
to listen to the whole Bible and I have really enjoyed it and have learned a
lot.
