Morning: Nice easy day of running. Ran seven miles again with my normal 0.5 for 5.5 miles and 1.0 for 1.5 mile. But one thing different is i am only going to run four this afternoon. Kory and I are going to run 13 tomorrow and that will get me my 80 for the week. Not much going on this afternoon, except i might sell one of my cars and then i need to look for a new Garmin because mine died. That really sucks i only had my Garmin for about 1 1/2 years. Anyway, i will stop complaining. Have a great morning and i will talk to you all later!

Afternoon: Ran another four miles at a 8:13 pace with 0.5 incline. Not much going on tonight, I have a viewing to go to and I am going to try to fix my car. Have a great day!

Great job on the mileage this week! Sorry to hear about the Garmin. I just got one for Christmas and hope it lasts longer than a year and half.

Same time tomorrow Barry 6:50 or earlier. It's going to be a lot warmer tomorrow than last week. Do you want to run 14 miles?

Where do you want to run?

Barry, We may want to leave earlier tomorrow around 6:30am to do the run. If you want to start at the same place let me know.
