Morning: After yesterday run I thought I was really going to be soar this morning, but I was not. I did take it a little slower so I would not hurt myself. As I was about 1/4 of the way through I was feeling good so I started running faster, but not fast enough that I would hurt myself. My overall pace was a 7:58 with a 0.5 incline. Not much planed for today, except work and running after work. I think I am going to go to the doctor after work. The doctor told me a while ago that he thought that I was not digesting my food right and I think I am going to get that checked out. He told me that he thinks that might be affecting the way I am running. Because I am not getting all the stuff out of food that my body needs to run on. Anyway, when I find out I will let you all know. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Evening: Doctor Appointment went good. No problems with my digestive system. I went running my usual seven miles at 07:54.29 with a 0.5 incline. All I want to do now it watch TV and rest.

Nice running the last couple of days. Pray everything works out with your Dr's visit!

Glad to hear the doctor's visit went well. Awesome mileage, and solid running.

Thanks. The soreness is surprisingly light, but my knees have been bugging me. I think they'll be alright in another day or two.

Looking at your goals list, with the kinds of solo miles you're putting in, you could run a marathon right now, and probably at a pretty respectable time as well.

Oh, and might I add that I love your blog title, because Jesus does love runners, even with all of our little oddities!
