I felt good today running today, I am usually tired from a two a day. I think my body is adjusting to my two a day running, I hope. Anyway, ran seven miles at a 7:50 pace with a 0.5 incline. I also think my mp3 player is dieing because of all the sweat being soaked into it, that’s ok because I have back up to replace that one. Well now it is time for me to take my morning nap before going to work. So for those of you reading this have a great day at work and a great day!!

Just to let you know that i am planning on running in the Ogden 1/2 marathon. I know that you are running the 10K, but while i am there i would like to visit with you, if possible?

Yay! I am going to run the 1/2 too! Yippe! We can meet! I will be waiting for the full's to finish, so I will be around post race for a while! I can't wait to meet you!! Are you bringing your family?

We might be able to meet and the beginning, with your bight shirt i should spot you a mile away :). I really like the Ogden 1/2 marathon course, that course is my favorite one to run! Have you ran that course? I think my wife will be there, but i am not sure.

Yes- I'll be there. Hopefully we can get on the same bus so we have a chance to chat :) Painters was my first half, so Ogden will be my second :) I am pretty excited :)
