Morning:My left calf is feeling a little tight, so i will have to start using my PVC to roll the knots out. But other than that i had a good run this morning. I ran seven miles at a 7:50 pace with a 0.5 incline. This is only half of my run today, I will be running another seven miles today and i am really excited! Anyways, now i am off to work so thanks for reading and have a great day! :)

Evening: Easy run tonight. My pace was around 8:20 per mile with a 0.5 incline. No much else to day, but have a great night!

Nice run this morning and good luck on the second run today. I need to start getting some doubles in but haven't done many to this point.
