Since i have never ran this many miles before i took today really easy. I ran 4.10 with no incline at a 9.02 pace. I feel good, but i have a blister on my right foot. Other than that i am feeling good. Anyway, next week i am only running 50 miles and i am taking tomorrow off. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

thank you very much. I also hate it when drivers yell at you and swear at you when running. I think that is why i like the treadmill so much!
