Morning: Today run was ok, i was a little sick but not too bad. Ran seven miles at a 7:46 pace with the incline at a 0.5 for six miles, 1.0 3/4 of a mile and 1/4 at 1.5. Not much going on, but work and running this evening. I did have a chance to talk to my wife about becoming foster parents. We are praying about that to see if it is Gods will for us. I kinda have a feeling that it might be. Any suggestions? Well now it is time to take my morning nap. God bless you all!!

Evening: Nice easy run tonight! Ran seven miles at a 8:13 pace with 5.5 at a 0.5 incline and 1.5 at a 1.0 incline. Not much going on tonight except rest and watching TV. Thanks for reading and have a Great Night!!

Great running Barry. I was able to get your Garmin 305 to connect via usb and download the training runs, and I reset the firmware. But it still will not turn on even after a charge. I think there is probably no hope for it.

Thank you so much. Do you think it might be because of water in the watch? Also, what time did you want to run on Saturday and where did you want to run? I was thinking the same course then add two miles more miles. I think i will ask Kathy if i can use her watch, that is if she is not using it.
