Morning: My legs were feeling a lot better today, not as soar as Sunday or Monday. Ran seven miles at a 7:50 pace with 0.5 incline for six miles and 1.0 at one mile. I think my body is starting to adjust to running at a higher incline. Anyway not much planed except my evening run and also tonight i will be getting a full body message. I can not wait!! Well have a great day and i will talk to you all later. Evening: Good run tonight and GREAT message. Ran seven miles at an 8:02 pace with 5 1/2 miles at a 0.5 incline and 1 1/2 at a 1.0 incline.
