Morning: Legs were a little soar, but i think i did ok. I started slower, because i am getting into the higher mileage. My pace was 8:01 with a 0.5 incline. Have a good day! Afternoon: I ran slow due to the face that i have not ran this much and i do not want to hurt my legs. My over pace was 8:30 with a 0.5 incline. Have a great day!
