Morning: I was tired this morning, i had a hard time getting into my run. My pace was 7:44 with an 0.5 incline. Now i get to take my morning nap and i am very excited because i did not sleep very well last night. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great day :).

Evening: No running for me tonight, i am just too tired to run! I need to save some energy for tomorrow morning run of 16 miles. Have a great night

P.S. I guess i had enough energy to run four miles, so i did and i am glad i did, my average pace was 7:44.

Barry I wouldn't run tonight if your tired. Save your legs for tomorrow. 56 miles vs 60 miles for the week isn't a big difference especially when your tire.

Save your legs for tomorrow.

I think that it is Tired Thursday. It must be in the air. Our bodies must be some what freaked out by the GORGEOUS weather :) tomorrow is another day... another 16 miles ;)

I have to agree that is it tired Thursday! Congratulations on running your 6:57 pace, that is awesome. With some more training i know you can do more runs like this. Keep up the good work. Just remember nobody said that it was easy, but only worth it in the end!
