I had a good run this morning with Kory. I would post my
results, but my watch stopped so I don't have the whole run. But by best guess
my time was around 7:18 per mile.
Legs were a little tired, but that is because I did not take my ice bath like I
normally do. But on a side note my son is going to Iraq. I though that being in the Air Force that he would not
go, I was wrong way wrong. He told me on the phone yesterday that this is the first time
they are sending them over. He said that he will being doing a lot of
traveling. And I think that is not good. That is when he is in the most danger
because of road side bombs. I am scared, very scared and my wife does not know
yet. That will be a very bad day when she finds out, a very bad day!!!!
