Had a good run with Kory this morning! My run in the beginning was a little fast, so that is why i slowed down. On the other had Kory had a great run and after mile six he took off and i did not see him again until I was at his house waiting for him to come home. I have been trying to shorten my stride to help with my running form, but that is not an easy thing to do. I guess i will keep trying until one of these days it clicks and i am able to run proper. Not much planned for today, work and maybe a movie. If i go to a movie i will let you know what movie i go to and what i thought of it. Anyway, have a great day and weekend!

Barry, Imagine yourself as a puppet on strings being pulled up with hips slightly forward. Run tall. Reinforce this for a period of time in each of your runs. Does this help?

It helps a lot, Thanks you! What do you think about me running 60 one week, 30 next week and 15 the week of Ogden? Also, did you want to have lunch after Ogden with me?
