Great running Barry. I'm glad your feeling better. Your running looks great. Just curious do you still work on Friday's?
Did you end up finding a treadmill?

Thanks Kory, I am back to working Fridays, but i get off early either 12:00 or 2:00. And after telling Gina how much the T-mill cost she decided that we could not afford one, so i am back to running the GYM when the snow starts to flying. Thanks for all your help.

Barry - nothing wrong with that. You have to do what you can afford. I paid $1,300 for mine and its a heavy duty one, and a nice hat and coat rack. :-)

Nevels, Thanks you for you comment. I started reading about your 100 miles race. WOW, that sounds like an interesting and hard race. Was that your first?
