Personal:
I started running in 2004 when I needed to lose 100 lbs. or so. I got active with running and triathlons and still continue to participate in the local active events. I am married with 3 children.
Excellent morning with the after rain after math. Cool and a bit breezy which wasn't too bad at all. The parkway loop was still a pain but had some other outside atmospheric influences to soften the blows. (Landreth 5: 291)
With the dampness of the morning, I decided to sleep in and head over to the WCCC and get some treadmill action. Twas good for a bit and then it had to end as I can only take so much. (Triumph 5: 437.21)
