I started running in 2004 when I needed to lose 100 lbs. or so. I got active with running and triathlons and still continue to participate in the local active events. I am married with 3 children.
AM: Did a little Mike and Mike in the morning at the WCCC treadmill. Great company and some good radio/TV too.
