AM: Easy 3 to AC by my self. :) I didnt really want to run this morning but i did any way.

PM: One mile in PE. . . Repeats today. we did 200,300,400X4. These felt really nice. I wish i would have known we were doing them today so i could have mentaly prepaired for them. :) Still just a good day. Solid times.

AM: Easy AC run with coach and kimz. We didnt even say a word basically the whole time! i hate those runs. :(

PM: Easy 4 with me and monty most of the way. We just talked about some car stuff so the run went by way fast! Then we did 8X 100 m bare foot striders to finish the day off! :)

AM: just an easy 3. Im way tired. ugh! i hope i can race well.

PM: Cedar! This was just an over all alright race! :) ha ha nothing to special. I took off just a little slow, but i was just way tired! Wasted! The first lap felt like the last! Comming around for the second lap i got some really bad shin splints! So i had to slow for those a little bit!  But ya not very satisfyed with this race, but enough to get to bed with out to many troubles.

PM: Hill work outs today on Cedar mountain. There is this huge steep hill right near our camp, and i ran that 10 times. I was really breathing with the altitude at about 8500 or what ever it is up on haris flats. But just a nice hard work out.

PM: Me and Coach Blair did the swains creek 6 with a 1 mile cool down after. I really like this run, the first part is a huge hill, then some steady hill, then its basically down hill the rest of the way home.
