6 mile half tempo kinda run. i think me and kimz were around 6:40 -7:00. Ran with kimz,josh,coach for a few miles,jeff, and Ruth. 4 100M bare foot striders back and forth + 800 warm up= 1 mile And 1 mile in PE.

800 warm up. then we (Ruth, willy, Jeff, and Bake) ran our tempo miles run out by holts house. then 4X100 down and back bare foot striders. mine and willys mile times were good! maby a little to fast but still better than slow.

Woke up at 6:30 this morning to run with coach, but i went to bed at like 12:30 so i was WASTED!!!!!!! But i did run this weekend and now i have set a new most miles PR!!!! :) I did the trail out towards the Dixie Center and turned around at 5. I felt like i could run a Marathon today. Last night i had one of those Gel packs. I could really tell the difference when i ate one. Wow!! I was right around a 7:30 pace. PERFECT!!! | Comments(1) |
