AM: Got up at 6 and i was feeling great. Got out did a 2.5 warm up. I finally got the right pair of new sauconys and tested them out! I dove right in.
6X 400's
1: 1:15- Lungs hurt more than i though they would
2: 1:13- Finally got the legs going a bit.
3: 1:17- Up hill, lungs are burning
4: 1:10- Much better
5: 1:08- Heading down the little hill
6: 1:15- Up hill and lungs on fire.
8X200's
1: 33 Man my lungs hurt like a MOTHA!!!
2: 32 Getting into the 200 groove
3: 32
4: 31 Were getting down there
5: 32
6: 32 up hill
7: 32 up hill, lungs are bout ready to give out\
8: 28 Kicked the crap out of this one!!!
Nice work out, when i was running i thought my times were going to suffer because of the lungs, but not bad at all.
PM: 3 at work, nothing really to do so i ran up and down the rows, which are about .25 down and back. |
