Ran 4.5 and then walked another .5 to cool down at the end. Felt absolutely wonderful this morning - a nice change.

Really had to talk myself into running today - was looking for anything else to do besides run. Ran 3.5 good miles and then walked one more to cool down. Did some abs and arms afterwards.
Yahoo! My husband was home this morning so I got to go on on the roads - loved it. Felt great the entire time.
