My mother in law watched my kids this morning while I did the South Weber days 5k route for a tempo run. 2 mile warm up, 3 mile tempo, and 2 mile cool down. Tempo splits: 6:36, 6:32, 6:34. Time 19:46 AP 6:34 It felt harder then before. I guess it'll keep getting a little tougher to do these workouts each week.
