12 weeks out from hip surgery #3 today and apparently that means that I can run and ski and skip as of today. Realistically I am probably going to give it another month before I even try to run plus I have to wait for the arrival of my ridiculous new shoes!

AM: 30 minutes bike. 10 minutes elliptical. 10 hour drive with ~8 stretching stops.

Yes, ridiculous in the most wonderful way! I can't wait for mine either. I've gotten to run in a pair and let me tell you...oh my. Ridiculous. :-)
