My quads feel awesome today! They burn with every step down the stairs. It is so great to feel real muscle soreness rather than all the joint pain I am used to!

HUGE conundrum. I cannot decide which race to register for - the Antelope Canyon 55K or the Monument Valley 50K. I really want to do one this winter and they both look fantastic. If I knew it was going to be a crappy ski year, I would do both!

That's a good kind of conundrum to have.

Last year the 3rd weekend of Feb featured one of the best powder days of the season, but I don't see anything for certain on the 100 day forecast yet :-)

That is the one good thing about the rule outlawing Sunday races in Utah... you can ski on your recovery day.

Signed up for Antelope Canyon if anyone is interested in a road trip that weekend :) It is close to the WAVE (wink wink)!
