AM: Got up at 5:30 to run Liberty Park laps in the rain, such a contrast from my perpetual snooze hitting until at least 7:15. Rewarded myself by making pumpkin pancakes served with pumpkin butter.

PM:  I don't like running in the morning because then I don't have a run to look forward to after work. And then I end up at the laundromat with a bunch of creepers, oh how I haven't missed that in the last 8 plus years! Walked Roo in between loads with several sprints tossed in.
