Went to see a new physical therapist today. I don't like change and the woulda shoulda's.

20 minutes easy bike and no PT tonight. Something has flared up and I don't know what. Not sure if I overdid it in spin class yesterday or the new captain morgans grrrrrr. Pain is weird and I can't pinpoint it. Sort of electrical in nature, random and shooting, starting in my low back and radiating down the outside of my leg.

Who did you go see? That sounds like the sciatic nerve to me.

You don't like change? So you're a Conservative Republican right?

@Andrea Yeah I think my piriformis is super tight and compressing my sciatic nerve or something stupid like that rarrrrrr!I went to Pinnacle Performance and they had some interesting ideas and I like their approach - might be too hippy for you, but it might be worth looking into :) http://www.pinnacle4performance.com/

@Rob You got it!
