A double before noon? Nice. You are on pace for a triple. You did, however, miss the spin class at 9. I heard it was a really exciting class with no music taught by a great instructor.

If you count carrying trays of lasagna all night, it was a triple!
Sad I missed spin class. I heard the instructor is super hot :)
