Warm up 3 laps around soccer field.  Added .25 mi for running in between field and hale.  Did 10 400s.  Aiming for 1:30s or 1:35s or something... these were my times.

I got a bad headache and started feeling my lunch after the first four.  It was really hard but I'm glad I got all 10 done.  I think those times are about right but they may not be.

Whew. 400's, those are killer. Great job on doing all of them after not feelin' so hot. So, I was racing on Thursday in those spikes you gave me... they still have JR on them from your sister. It makes me laugh! :)
