Warm up 3 laps around soccer field. Added .25 mi for running in between field and hale. Did 10 400s. Aiming for 1:30s or 1:35s or something... these were my times. 1- 1:29 2-1:28 3- 1:28 4- 1:29 5- 1:31 6- 1:36 7- 1:33 8- 1:31 9- 1:37 10- 1:30 I got a bad headache and started feeling my lunch after the first four. It was really hard but I'm glad I got all 10 done. I think those times are about right but they may not be.
