XC practice today.  Warmed up then did 5 400s and 3 600s. Was supposed to be aiming for 1:35 on the 400s and 2:22 on the 600s.

1- 1:33

2- 1:29

3- 1:31

4- 1:31

5- 1:33

1- 2:30

2- 2:29

3- 2:27

I ran a last 200 to help Amanda run in faster.  She's dang fast. I didn't make 2:22s on the 600s, I was tired and yes, out of shape, and I kind of half gave up.  I can do a lot better but I am glad I got some good repeats in today.
