INTENSE workout today. XC practice, he made us do all of these excercises that were hard and burned all my leg muscles! Afterwards ran 2.6 miles on the treadmill at 7:30 pace, then ran 2 laps around the big circle (1.5 mi) with V.
Oh no! The island I'll be living on is only 11 miles across. And that's long ways, the other way it's only 5 at the fattest spot! I'm going to get so bored...
