AM- 65 minutes 5 min tempo then 2x1200 then 2(2x400 1x600) then 4 striders. Crappy things about this morning- I got a total of 2 hours of sleep last night & woke up with the worst headache I've had in months. Good things- I got through the whole workout, hit all my times, & my legs felt the good kind of tired and not sore! Was a mental booster that I can do things even when they suck & shoutout to carli because I definitely would've dropped out if she hadn't've been there.. #2blessed2bestressed
