| | AM- 15 + weights. I felt really, really good
PM- PANTHER RELAYS I had the 400 in the distance medley, 4x800, & 4x400. The first 400 & 800 were both at mile pace, then the 400 was just all out. It was fun and nice.

| | AM- 20 minutes. I felt really good and me josie and Roberts ran in front of everybody cause they wanted to go slow. Gained a lot of insight
PM- 50 minutes. I was gonna go 45 but I suck at math n ended up turning when everybody else did. It was good for me. I've been getting weird stomach aches while I run & I think it's cause I don't eat enough. I need to get on top of that

| | AM- weights+ 15 felt considerably more difficult than yesterday's morning run, I need to get my form to do something cause it's relly strugglin
PM- 45 + striders we went under the new underpass through Middleton then all the way back to sandburgs, then back to the high school. It was quite the loop, my legs were tired but I think it was mostly my mind. I ate some crackers right before practice today n it helped a bit with the stomach aches. I just need to eat more all the time. So goals for this month: eat more & also be less vocal to others when I'm annoyed with them

| | AM- 20 minutes. My legs were tired but that's what happens when you do all the runs you're supposed to. I am thoroughly enjoying mine Roberts & Josie's conversations on the runs. We have good chats
PM- DESERT HILLS INVITE!!!!! all I had was the long jump, & I ended up pr-ing by almost 2 feet which made me extremely excited for this whole endeavor. I got a 14'4" jump & all three of my jumps were over 13' so I am SO pleased with how today went. Also S/O to my good friend mitchley for getting his mission call to EL SALVADOR

Dez hells (0.5 Miles) 00:02:35, Place overall: 13, Place in age division: 3 | | Desert hells day 2 it was rainy when we got there but cleared up nicely before my race. I was in the second heat 800 & I was seeded last in my heat. I warmed up a bit and tried to stay warm while I watched josie, colton, logan & alex kill their 800s so s/o to them. Then we got on the track & lucky me I was the only one in the farthest alley so fielding let me go to the waterfall & start with them. I got out good & felt really strong. The first lap just zoomed by & when I hit the 400 I just kept thinking "only a 400 to go" which was an incredibly uplifting thought & helped me a lot. I ended third in my heat I'm pretty sure. Then cool down with brianna up the mountain behind the school. Desert hills is always a meet I perform well at I dunno why. Good weekend

| | AM- 60 minutes w/ 6xstriders. Big day for me. First morning long run in a long time. because I'm racing tomorrow I just had 55 + strides so when the girls started their tempo it was just me Carli & jenessa. We ran up to the maverik by the freeway onramp. I felt extremely good on this run & worked on my form a bit but really it was just a lot of fun. I always feel so good in the mornings.
PM- 20 on the grass. Boy do I love the grass.

| | 60 minutes. We went to the Middleton trail. It was lots of fun. My legs were a bit tired & my breathing was a bit off but other than that very fun and good run. Easter break was a good one

| | AM- 2x1000, 4x400, 4x200. Rough workout. Thought about quitting lots but prevailed the whole workout, small victories are still victories.
PM- 20 minutes. Better but on very tired legs. Good chat with Roberts regarding where I'm going with my last month of competitive running, weird to think about ya know

| | AM- weights + 15 minutes. Had a bit of an almost accident with oncoming traffic due to the sprinklers turning on. "I'll die dry" -Roberts hahahahah happy 4/20!!!!!!!!
PM- 45 + striders. Passing out flyers so we went down 2450 through the neighborhoods and back. WE SAW THE CUTEST HUGEST FLUFFIEST DOG EVER AND I PETTED IT which was the best decision of my life to date. Other than that, tough run my legs are real tired and I'd say all the weed in my system probably wasn't my friend today(;

Dixie Invite (0.25 Miles) 00:01:08 | | AM- 20 minutes easy. Mostly ran with jos, I enjoy our chats, gonna miss that when we graduate.
PM- Dixie invite. Kicked off the day with some long jumping, I seriously love jumping so much. I could do it for days you guys. I did not pr so that's sad but I have next Tuesday so it's alright. Then the 400 was fine. My upper legs were 100% tight afterwards, like sooo tight. I don't actually know my time but that's what my mom said so I'll put that. Then I had to go home to do some señor ball stuff for tomorrow. It should be a blast and a half

| | AM- accidentally missed my alarm. That rarely happens on accident
PM- SPRINTER WORKOUT hehehe we ran to a hill and did 6 then everybody walked back except me brianna and jake cause were overachievers(; I'm working with the sprinters this week (maybe more) because this Saturday I'm just running the 400 & jumping. Then long jump work afterwards yay!!!

| | I'm worried about these 3 mile (probably not even that much I just can't bring myself to record less than) days & losing my endurance lol but another good sprinter workout. This one was a lot harder than yesterday, we had 2x500 (80%) & 2x200 (70-75%) the 500s actually required some (a small but significant amount) of mental toughness. Still good though.

PM- 2x200s + starts. 200s were supposed to be at 80% & I hit 34 & 34. Consistency is key. Then block starts HAHAHA wow am I bad(': coach z said I had to start off them in the 400 at Orem LOL so #prayforalli then long jump work, I did lots of pop ups and I'm really hoping for a pr this weekend. But BOY AM I EXCITED for Orem, I am so pumped you wouldn't even believe. YAY!
Also here's something someone- idk who, but someone- might be interested to know, my hamstring has been really really broken the past 2 days & I just really don't know what to do about it I've rolled a couple times and tried to stretch to my best ability but yeah idk any help would be great

| | got to OREM and went to uvu's track to do our workout. We did 2 warmup laps then drills and 3x200s. Really nice, really easy.

Tiger Trials (0.25 Miles) 00:01:07 | | TIGER TRIALS YAYAY!!! Got there and chilled for a while. I was in the 4th flight of the long jump & when it was time me and brianna went over & warmed up and stuff. I ended up PRing by 3" which was SO happy!!! I got 14'7" I'm so pleased with my long jumping so far, I wish I would've done it all my years so much. Then for the 400 me and brianna were in the same heat (yay). As promised I started on blocks but they didn't even let me practice NOT ONCE before they started the race so I just did my best, they still felt really good and easy though. I was in lane one and I got out good and felt good and I just tried to stay conservative for the first 200 then in the last 200 I passed everyone except brianna, she got me by .3 or something like that. One of my best feeling 400s ever because I actually had a kick. I was so pleased. GOOD, no, GREAT MEET(:(:
