| | Time trial. 15 min warm, idk if the girls did a tempo cause I went to the bathroom & when I came back they were just chillin so I guess we forewent that. Then the 800, there were only 4 girls & like 12 people in it so it was a small group. I just kinda went with it, I don't really know, I wore my trainers & just pushed when it got hard. The thing is: it wasn't really mentally hard, but it's the hardest I've pushed since at least sophomore year. & I haven't ran in 6 days. As long as I keep it chill like I have been and quit worrying about shiz I should do just fine. Then 2x800s at critical velocity pace, those felt nice.

| | 50 min loop around green spring. My body was very very tired but I finally got into it around 35 minutes, don't take almost a week off, kids.

| | Missed the morning run because I crashed at 6 last night (=no alarm set) after taking some medicine. I've been having serious head problems lately so I went to the doctor & he hurt me a lot then prescribed me w some stuff, hoping it works. Anyway, after a rough day I just did the 20 minutes and called it a day.

| | 50 minutes. Into Middleton, under the new overpass, there's a ledge on the side of it that's right below the road & I ran up it & ran along the edge of it, but I was crouching/running cause it was only about 3 ft below the actual freeway, it made my legs very tired but worth it. Then finished down the road to harts & added a little to the car wash where we saw the CUTEST dog. Then I did long jump for a while & went home to celebrate my dads birthday!!!!

| | AM- 65 minutes 5 min tempo then 2x1200 then 2(2x400 1x600) then 4 striders. Crappy things about this morning- I got a total of 2 hours of sleep last night & woke up with the worst headache I've had in months. Good things- I got through the whole workout, hit all my times, & my legs felt the good kind of tired and not sore! Was a mental booster that I can do things even when they suck & shoutout to carli because I definitely would've dropped out if she hadn't've been there.. #2blessed2bestressed
PM- 20 around DI loop, we weren't going that fast but my legs were tired

| | First off, NEW SHOES WOOHOO !! I had work this morning so I didn't get out until like 12, but the weather was still nice, it's the best this time of year. I ran up gs dr & turned right at the gas station into Middleton. I ran 45 minutes & that was pretty much the cap for today, I was beatttt by the end. My training has been very sporadic up to this point & im paying for it in easy runs like this. Just trying to get back to loving running

| | 65 minutes. WHAT A LONG, HARD WORKOUT went to the track at 8:30 & did some warm up & tempo (I never realized but I truthfully haven't known our tempo time this whole year, I've just gone with the girls. So I just had to try & feel the pace & hope for the best lol) then 4x1000, 400, 600. The first 1000 was 10 sec slow, idk what I was doing, but the other ones were right on or a couple seconds fast. This was such a hard workout for me, I was so tired. I need more sleep, that's for sure. But I prevailed & it felt really good to be done. Finished up with some striders and cool down on the track.

| | I went to old mans to do this workout. Went around 10ish. The workout was 5x1 min + 1x85 sec. felt just mentally exhausted during it, but it was good to be out in the sun, it felt so good. Worked on form th last one especially, I used to have really good form but throughout the years it's kind of deteriorated. Bleh
Also I'm stoked because tomorrow me & brianna are driving up to Orem to go to a concert please care

| | AM- weights + 15 minutes. On my way home some stranger smiled and waved at me from their car & it made me happy. I love the world some days
PM- 40 + 200s. Felt tired on the way out there but I felt a lot better on the way back. There was minimal rain which was really nice because a half hour before we ran it was pouring & windy. The 200s were fine, I wasn't feeling super fast but I bet I'm just saving it for tomorrow

PINE VIEW INVITE!!!! (0.25 Miles) 00:01:09 | | PINE VIEW INVITE WOOO BEST MEET OF THE YEAR !! I did the 400 & did just okay. I felt stronger towards the end than I usually am able to so positive. BUT GUESS WHAT EVERYONE! I LONG JUMPED!!!!!! And so first I got a scratch cause too far over the line then I got 11'6" which is not farther than 12' so they wouldn't record it BUT THEN I got 12'5"!!!!!!! They marked it it was my best experience I was absolutely ecstatic you guys. Also today was the best day I love pv invite I love pv I love track I love life yay yay yay

PINE VIEW INVITE PART 2 !! (0.5 Miles) 00:02:38 | | PINE VIEW INVITE PART TWO WOOO SECOND BEST DAY OF THE YEAR!! I did the 800 & I never looked at my time lol (so I just put something cause it made me) but I was really tired and it wasn't my best I'm sure but I pushed myself pretty good so that's good. My training just isn't there right now but it will be. But today was just a continuation of the great day of yesterday except it was raining and cold but that's okay. Last pine view invite of my career and it was absolutely wonderful. After I went to durangos with all my frenz then I watched Robin Hood with colton & that's like my second favorite movie so three cheers for today

JV Cedar Meet (2 Miles) 00:13:15, Place overall: 3, Place in age division: 1 | | AM- weights + 15
PM- RACE there was a bit of a problem concerning us not having a bus then the meet actually getting cancelled but eventually it was rescheduled to dhells!!!!! I was SO HAPPY when it got rescheduled cause I wanted to race so bad. My events today were the long jump, 300 hurdles, & 3200. I've never ever done the hurdles or the 3200 in all my years so I really wanted to. The long jump was fine, I scratched my best jump which was depressing. Then the 300 hurdles came along & I was really scared & laughed through the whole thing because I have ZERO form lol but it was a lot of fun. Then the 3200 & THERE WAS NO GIRLS I told everyone around me that I was not running it several times but then apparently I ended up on the track running it, shocker. There was 3 boys & I was able to immediately pass one of them then I sat on the shoulder of the second one for the majority of the race and he matched EVERY SINGLE ONE of my surges. It was so irritating honestly. He ended up beating me along with another boy but I was satisfied. I can now live my life saying I ran the 3200. 100% grand meet. Also s/o to my team for waiting for me to race & cheering SO LOUD lol I love you guys so much

| | 40 min + striders. We went to target, my favorite place in the world but we didn't go inside. Me & Roberts talked about my training problems & out of shapeness. Also, drugs but there was no new knowledge to be found. Today was just an off day for me, the whole day. It has to do with the weather. Bummer, tomorrow will be better.
