40 min + striders. We went to target, my favorite place in the world but we didn't go inside. Me & Roberts talked about my training problems & out of shapeness. Also, drugs but there was no new knowledge to be found. Today was just an off day for me, the whole day. It has to do with the weather. Bummer, tomorrow will be better.
