AM- 20 minutes. My legs were tired but that's what happens when you do all the runs you're supposed to. I am thoroughly enjoying mine Roberts & Josie's conversations on the runs. We have good chats

PM- DESERT HILLS INVITE!!!!! all I had was the long jump, & I ended up pr-ing by almost 2 feet which made me extremely excited for this whole endeavor. I got a 14'4" jump & all three of my jumps were over 13' so I am SO pleased with how today went. Also S/O to my good friend mitchley for getting his mission call to EL SALVADOR
