7am- Ran easy 30 minutes about 3.9 miles. My knees hurt a little bit but they got better as we went along. Running club after we played some capture the flag with the children (my team destroyed) then had them do a relay to scout out the faster kids.
3pm- Another easy 30 minutes about 4 miles.It was hot. We went to sandburgs pond. Some idiots said nice shorts and they call us qweers which we werent the ones checking out other guys but whatever it was funny. I had some trouble trying to keep up with the team but after a swim in the pond I felt quite refreshed and ready for action so that was good. Had some knee pain but not bad.
