I'm a graduate from Pine View, where I was a member of the XC and Track and Field teams.  I loved being a Panther.  I am currently up at USU, graduating in Psychology in the Spring. Not sure what I'll do after graduation...I love spending time outside-hiking, camping, and running.  I love the simple things that make life wonderful :)

am-45 with 5 min of striders. Good run. had a strong group with me. Had some good conversations. Striders felt nice. Ready to race tomorrow.

am-morning run lots of people so that's fun :)

pm-man there are lots of feelings about this race. I'm really sad the the season is over for me. It went by way too fast. The race was decent. I started really strong and tried to stick in there but I most definitely died towards the end. Im happy for my swag friend jada pulling off a killer kick. I'm sad that I'm not apart of the team of girls that is going to go do amazing things. They've made me who I am. I truly love running. That's why I still run even though my times haven't showed any improvement since freshman year. It's hard to step back and see growth when actual times don't show anything in my favor. Trying to find some positives so I can end the season on a good note. Thank you coach Holt and Roberts for all you do. You both make the world a better place.

am-by myself cause I didn't think I could stick with the guys...it was good to have a run by myself although I missed my swag friend mayc. she's now moving into basketball season. I'm happy for her :)

pm-yet again another run kinda by myself. The motivation was gone today. had some time to process some thoughts it was good. weights were real solid. first time benching 25. robs you better read this cause you didn't see it. Also got inspired by coach. I'm ready to start focusing and working hard physically again. I've honestly been a hard core slacker...

am-run with alli.  good run with some wonderful chilly weather.  love not having school :)

pm-run at chuckwalla with the girls team and both coaches.  good run for me.  jumped into the pack and pushed with them for the first 25 min.  then i decided my quad needed some mid run stretching so i could finish with them.  but they kept going and i thought they were doing a loop but turns out they weren't.  i should've waited for them.  but on the way back alli brown was lost so i was able to rescue her.   maybe if i didnt turn around when i did she wouldve been lost right now.  but its all good.  i found her.  kept a really solid pace on the way back.  finished faster than i started so that was good.  happy with todays runs.  they were good.

Bloomington Hills workout with ten girls (the 7 running at state and then Gracie, ness, and myself. Plus coach Holt and robs) 10 min tempo 3x2 min 4x1 min. lots of positives. Me and ness were destroying our pace the whole time ;) but it was good. First time sticking with eh pack during a workout in a while. It felt really good. Ready to put some really strong work in before Nike. Feeling really good. Excited to see what he girls are gonna be able to do on Wednesday. They are ready for some strong and confident racing. I know it.

ran with Alli. The first half was pretty good. The second half my hip and it band started killing me. Idk if I've ever felt so tight. I tried to do striders but only did 2...rolled it really good when I got home.
