Personal:

I'm a graduate from Pine View, where I was a member of the XC and Track and Field teams.  I loved being a Panther.  I am currently up at USU, graduating in Psychology in the Spring. Not sure what I'll do after graduation...I love spending time outside-hiking, camping, and running.  I love the simple things that make life wonderful :)

am-short long run cause I'm racing tomorrow. it was a good time. Had some good convos with py, Brianna, and ness. They are woke pretty sweet girls.

pm-commitment contract was established. should be really awesome and even life changing if people will take it seriously. Im ready to become a better person and runner as I do each of them everyday. Can't wait to build that house. Run was good. Feeling ready for tomorrow. I'm happy and loving life.

am-weights and run

pm-race at snow canyon. probably the worst race of my life. I honestly gave up and didn't really try. congrats to Brianna she definitely is a beast. Also thank you py and ness for helping me keep pushing. Really disappointed with myself. Im not a quitter.

Also to anyone who reads this I feel really bad because I didn't follow through with the commitment contract...won't happen again. I should be setting an example and I didn't yesterday. I'll work harder and try to do better.

am-tired morning ;) ran with maycee again it was a good time. Plyos and yoga was wonderful.

pm-4x2:45 at 3k pace. 4x200 fast. Good workout for me. The 2:45 we're strong. I loved the cowbell challenge. It got me moving when I didn't want to go. Ness and Jada beasted today. 200s were reallllll solid. It was fun to push and run "fast"

man running by yourself is honestly sometimes the best thing. I was going to sleep in and go when I woke up so I passed on running with my dad and Alli at 7:30. My mom decided to wake me up at 8:00 so my sleeping in plan didn't really work. It was Andi's baptism today so I was sad that I couldn't help at the marathon. That is honestly one of my favorite things of the whole season. But ya I was happy running today. It was a good time. Lots of good thoughts and I even had a solid push towards the ends which was nice
