My best races thus far have come from Nike Regionals down in Pheonix (5K), the Dixie Invitational (800), and the Davis Invitational (1600). I took 8th place in the 1600 and 11th in the 800 at 3A State. Also at state we were in the slower heat of the Sprint Medley and ended up taking 3rd overall, that was pretty legit.

That is one thing I would like to accomplish in my lifetime. Hopefully I will be able to do multiple. In all I would just like to enjoy the time I run and have some fun experiences with it. | | This was the day of the huge hill, I ran 5 miles in the morning and it was a tough run then we ran 3 in the afternoon and I was a little tired but it was good! Camp still just amazing. |

| | Today was a good run, didn't have a real team practice but a lot of the team was there. I did 5 miles with a mile and a half tempo. We started at the high school and went over by the two churches in Washington Fields. The tempo was mostly uphill but it a awesome run! |

| | Today was my first Saturday run of the year, I did 3 miles and it felt pretty good. My knee kind of hurt but other than that I am glad that I got out and did a Saturday run! |

| | Today was a good day. We did doubles.. a 7 miler with a 2 mile tempo in the morning and then we did a three miler which I had a side ache most of the time but after the work out I felt good, the runs were really good. |
