My best races thus far have come from Nike Regionals down in Pheonix (5K), the Dixie Invitational (800), and the Davis Invitational (1600). I took 8th place in the 1600 and 11th in the 800 at 3A State. Also at state we were in the slower heat of the Sprint Medley and ended up taking 3rd overall, that was pretty legit.

1:54 in 800 Long-Term Running Goals: After high school and my mission I think that it would be really cool to get into the St. George Marathon. That is one thing I would like to accomplish in my lifetime. Hopefully I will be able to do multiple. In all I would just like to enjoy the time I run and have some fun experiences with it. Oh yeah and I just finished doing a marathon for the summer making it to 27 miles so far! I am really liking the running thus far!

Today was a pretty good day, I didn't get all the warm up in because my flippin' alarm clock didn't go off... But the three miles felt pretty good, hoping to do four soon!

| | Today I ran 4 miles for the first time, it felt so much longer going to the turn around spot than coming back but it was good to get the mileage in. I felt pretty good most of the way, all around was a good run! |
