2nd Year of XC (Senior Year). My best races thus far have come from Nike Regionals down in Pheonix (5K), the Dixie Invitational (800), and the Davis Invitational (1600). I took 8th place in the 1600 and 11th in the 800 at 3A State. Also at state we were in the slower heat of the Sprint Medley and ended up taking 3rd overall, that was pretty legit.

Long-Term Running Goals:
After high school and my mission I think that it would be really cool to get into the St. George Marathon. That is one thing I would like to accomplish in my lifetime. Hopefully I will be able to do multiple. In all I would just like to enjoy the time I run and have some fun experiences with it.
Today was a pretty good day, I didn't get all the warm up in because my flippin' alarm clock didn't go off... But the three miles felt pretty good, hoping to do four soon!

Nice work again - especially getting to practice when you could have easily had an excuse. You will be ready for that four any time.
