My best races thus far have come from Nike Regionals down in Pheonix (5K), the Dixie Invitational (800), and the Davis Invitational (1600). I took 8th place in the 1600 and 11th in the 800 at 3A State. Also at state we were in the slower heat of the Sprint Medley and ended up taking 3rd overall, that was pretty legit.

| | First day of summer practice and oh did it feel good. Had a really good group there and hopefully we just keep building and growing in numbers. Went on an extremely nice 3 miler and it felt really good and I'm excited to get rolling again. I'll possibly update the rest of my days from March 11th.. we'll see. Pretty dang good day! |

| | Nice easy mileage, woke up early and ran with Skylar (little brother) he turned around after .5 and so I just used that as if it was my grass warm up and ran 3 miles after that. I felt really good, legs feel great. After the run I went and had to get some dunk ball in, Mike and I are unstopable.. Krenny on the other hand.. well we will just leave it at that. Wonderful Day! |

| | First 4 miler of the summer, it felt good. It was obviously a little more tiring than 3 but the legs felt great just a little pain in my right hip but other than that it was a wonderful run with some awesome guys.. gonna be a great season! |

| | Up at nerd (health) camp at SUU with Byron so we woke up early to run in the cool Cedar air and we ran the Cedar High School course we did a loop and a half done. The temperature was perfect and legs were feeling good. |

| | 3 miles around SUU's campus one lap on the SUU track and up on the fields by the track to run some grass miles and our striders. My stomach was feeling messed up the whole run so that was an issue but we good now! |

| | 2X Parkway loops.. a little more of a mile with gradual uphill slant. We did the first one in 6:48 I believe then the second one was right around 6:18.. felt good to push up and over the hill.. going to be a great season. |

| | VO2 test today up on the dirt mile.. 15 minutes hard and I really wanted to push it so if I felt tired I would try to surge and give it a little push. My first mile was a 5:09. Second mile was a 5:23 and I didn't quite make it back around for a mile 3 time. My total mileage was 2 miles and 1327 meters. After a lap and a half I was alone and I really had to use some mental power to stick it in there to continue to push. I felt good even though it was super tiring. My calves were tight right after.. going to stretch them real good and roll. I'm excited for tomorrows workout.. going to be a great week! |

| | We had our 30/30 workout based off our 6 mi9n vVO2 test the other day. I had to run 152 meters in 30 seconds which isn't too bad at all. We maxed out at 40 repeats... started getting tougher but I felt good! |

| | unable to run 4 miles today cause my alarm didn't go off when I set it and I worked from 7am to 1:30 am... horrible. I got one mile faster pace though running to a store and back so that was good! |
