2nd Year of XC (Senior Year). My best races thus far have come from Nike Regionals down in Pheonix (5K), the Dixie Invitational (800), and the Davis Invitational (1600). I took 8th place in the 1600 and 11th in the 800 at 3A State. Also at state we were in the slower heat of the Sprint Medley and ended up taking 3rd overall, that was pretty legit.

Long-Term Running Goals:
After high school and my mission I think that it would be really cool to get into the St. George Marathon. That is one thing I would like to accomplish in my lifetime. Hopefully I will be able to do multiple. In all I would just like to enjoy the time I run and have some fun experiences with it.
First 4 miler of the summer, it felt good. It was obviously a little more tiring than 3 but the legs felt great just a little pain in my right hip but other than that it was a wonderful run with some awesome guys.. gonna be a great season!

It's already a great season as long as you don't take into account that coach still doesn't have you on the blog roll.
