Dad told me to start entering my workouts again. I did two and a quarter miles with dad in 20.25 then 4 striders to make it 2.5 miles then we walked summit around the block.🏃🏼

had swim practice right after school it was breaststroke day which is good we did 8x100 kick followed by 20x25 swim then 5x50 sprint then we did build to two hundred 100 free 100 breast 125 free 125 breast all the way up to 200 we finished with a few rounds of sharks and minnows with the younger group 🏊🏻got home and did 2.25 miles in 20:06 to the new park in our neighborhood and walked home with mom 🏃🏼

Ran 2 miles with the Alta XC team .plus 10 stadium steps.before that we chased a stray dog named jack down the street he stayed for 2 hours before his owners came to pick him up🐶

Went for 2.5 miles with dad in 22.12. started of the morning with a 3 mile walk to Chick fil a. Then we came home and me and Andy walked to the new park in our neighborhood which is about 2 miles. 👻
