| Didn't feel good at all so went with steven and kaleb instead of going with everyone else and cut the run short.
Ran with Tyler and Jared from PG for 4.5 miles then had to run more to find a bathroom.

| UGH. Not a good day. I my throat was killing me the whole day. I started feeling it on Saturday, then Sunday I felt like I had a fever so I took like a 4 hr nap and went to bed early, then monday my throat hurt but distance runs weren't too bad on it. Today we had a speed workout, 800, 600, 400 x2. First set was ok but by then my throat was on fire. Then did the 800 and couldn't do anymore so I cooled down while the other guys finished.

| Down to art dye plus a little then strides. Talked to courtney because she saw me at school and told me to take it easy and cut it short to get better. I ran with seth, steven, jack, and patrick after school.

| Good workout even though I died the last one. Very happy with how it went. 6x800. Decided to try what I did all of last year that made my coaches made which was start out 21slow and pick it up. So I went slower for the first ones then pick it up. Went 2:22, 2:22, 2:21, 2:21, 2:19 then came through the last one at 69 but my back tightened up and so I slowed down to a 2:28. But happy with how it went. 2.1 warm up and 1.9 cool down.

| Slept in so did discovery but went right at manila elementary instead of left. Ran through Tyler and Jared's neighborhood got lost and did an extra loop. Then headed up and ran by the temple and down that road to lone peak. Then ran back to my house. avg. pace 6:25. Did .19 after at like 8:00 pace just to cool down cuz at the end I was going sub 6:00 for the last 3 miles.
Shout out to Mr. Birrell for having his student driver honk and wave at me on my run. And shout out to trevor who honked and stuck his head out the window and said hi on my run.
