3.1 in the morning in cedar hills

Calf was bugging me a lot. 4x mile. Coach wanted me running in the front with the A group but I didn't feel like I should. but i still did it. went 4:32, 4:33, then switched to flats, and my calf tightened up bad after 1000, but I was going 4:35 pace, then last one i just kinda gave up and ran 4:47. Calf just didn't loosen up.

made it out about half a mile but my calf was bugging me too much so i just turned around and will try in the afternoon maybe

5 in the afternoon but it was very painful and obnoxious.

thousand times better than yesterday, my calf hardly hurt walking, and after getting combo done on it as well as massaged and heated, my calf didn't hurt too much on the run. Didn't do the workout though just to play it safe
